Patient Identification and Considerations Tab

Patient’s entitlement and special considerations details are managed within the following two tabs.

Features

  • Medicare and Concession numbers are auto populated when importing Patient’s details from your dispense software. Alternatively, they can be added and edited manually.

  • External Patient number is auto populated when importing Patient’s details from your dispense software. Alternatively it can be added and edited manually to link to their Dispense software Profile.

  • To add the external patient number manually, select the Link button, search for patient’s Dispense Software ID Number. The field is now highlighted yellow, enter in the ID Number. Select Link again, the field will now be highlighted purple and is now linked to the Dispense Profile.

  • Date Imported: myPak software will only import repeats from scripts and repeats dispensed from this date.

IMPORTANT! To ensure you link your patient to your dispense system successfully, select Link to enter the External Patient # then you MUST select Link again to save.

 

Considerations Tab:

All considerations selected or not selected will display a Y or N when printing NRMC Signing Sheets.
