Historical brand swaps are recorded in the Log section on Brand Swap page.
By default, all brand swaps completed are displayed on the screen. However, you can narrow your search by applying the filters below.
Patient Groups
Patients: Select patient(s) from the list or type patient’s name in search box.
Drug: Search by brand name or generic name.
Date: You can narrow your search to specific dates by selecting a date range.
You can print the Brand Swap Logs by selecting Print in the top right corner.
