Pickup/Delivery Manifest
This area records the packs that you have scanned out to be either picked up or delivered.
Before using this function, you’ll need to ensure you have configured your Facilities Manifest option to either Pickup or Delivery.
Instructions
Select Facilities from the menu.
Double click on a facilities to view the settings.
Select the option Pickup or Delivery from the Manifest drop down option.
Shut down myPak and re-open for settings to apply.
Scanning your packs
Scan your patient barcode located on pack in Scan Patient Barcode field.
Patient details will appear in the result window.
Pharmacist checks pack to confirm accuracy and currency.
1. Pack passes checking
If pack is correct, select packs then click Passed to move packs onto the right side.
These packs will then be placed in their applicable tabs. Picked up or Delivered.
When packs are ready to be handed out, scan patient barcode located on pack in Scan Patient Barcode in the Picked up or Delivered tab.
If there is a record of passed patient’s pack - it will be highlighted green.
In the instance where you can’t scan the patient’s pack, you can select the packs and click Manually Select.
These packs will be highlighted in pink.
2. Pack fails checking
If pack has failed checking, Pharmacist clicks Failed/Redo to enter the error note.
Click on Print Failed/Packing for a report of all failed packs within a date range.
