Notes can be added to Patient’s profile to be displayed for internal use or for reports and charting purposes.

Follow the below steps to add notes to your patient’s profile.
Select Patient from your Patient List screen.
Select Notes tab.
Select Add Note.
Enter your note in the text box.
Display: note will be displayed for internal use.
Report: note will be displayed on reports and charts.
Select Add.
