Patient Details tab displays all details entered about the patient.

Follow the below steps on how to edit Patient Details.

  1. Select patient from Patient List screen.

  2. Select Patient Details tab.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Edit the relevant fields then select Save.

  1. Quick Edit Summary - You can make a quick edit to Patient Group, Patient’s Status, PPA Funding or Phone number by selecting the applicable option from the drop-down box.

  2. Patient Photo - Select Upload Image to upload patient’s photo from your files.

  3. Vision Impaired - Vision Impaired packs will print the meal times and days of the week in white text on a black bubble.

  4. PPA Funding - If this facility has been set as community, it will default to PPA Various and if set to Aged Care Facility, it will default to Not Eligible. However you can change it to the applicable option from the drop-down box.

  5. Patient Status: Select the applicable option from the drop-down box. This will determine the Packing and Distribution Status.

  6. Delete Patient: Will make patient inactive - all drugs will be ceased.

  7. Contact Details: Patient’s Address. This information can be pre-populated if this patient was imported from dispense.

  8. Medicare Number: This is required if you wish to claim PPA Funding.

  9. Patient Dispense ID: This Patient ID is obtained from your dispense system which indicates a connection between dispense and myPak. This information will be populated if this patient was imported from dispense. If not, you can enter the ID in manually to link the patient to your dispense system.
