Follow the steps below on how to add Documents:
Select a Patient from the Patient list.
Select Document tab.
Select Add Document.
Enter a name for the document you are attaching.
Select Upload file then search and select the file you would like to attach.
Select Add to save your document.
After selecting a file to upload, you’ll see a list of documents for that patient.
To remove the document, simply click on the Red Bin icon.
To view the attached document, click on the entry, then select Download file or Change file.
