Renewing your Software License

Every 365 days, you are required to renew your software license. Please contact myPak Solutions by logging a support case to request for a new license key.

 Instructions

Once you have received your license key via email, please following the below steps to renew your software license.

  1. Select Help & Resources (Located top left of your myPak Software)

  2. Select Register Software

  3. Paste the license key provided by the our software team into the field

  4. Select Register

It is suggested that you close and restart myPak to ensure the software has successfully been registered.
