Patient Details tab displays all information for the patient.

Follow the steps below on how to edit Patient Details:
Select the patient from Patient List.
Select Patient Details tab.
Click Edit.
Edit the relevant fields, then click Save.
Quick Edit Summary - You can easily update Patient Group, Patient Status, PPA Funding or Phone number.
Patient Photo - Select Upload Image to upload patient’s photo from your files.
Vision Impaired - Meal times and days of the week are printed in white text on a black background for Vision Impaired packs.
PPA Funding - If Patient Group type is set as Community, PPA Various will be pre-selected. If Patient Group type is set as Nursing Home, Not Eligible will be pre-selected. However, you can change this by selecting the applicable option from the drop-down box.
Patient Status: Select the applicable option from the drop-down box. This will determine the Packing and Distribution Status.
Delete Patient: This will make patient profile Inactive, and all drugs are automatically ceased.
Contact Details: This information pre-populated if patient is imported from dispense.
Medicare/DVA Number: This is required if you wish to claim PPA Funding.
Patient Dispense ID: This is the Patient ID/number assigned to the patient in your Dispense Software. This indicates a connection between patient profiles in dispense and myPak NG. This number will be pre-populated if patient is imported from dispense. Otherwise, you can manually enter number to link the patient to your dispense system.
