Fortnight and Monthly Packs
Apart from weekly packs, you can set up your profiles to cater for your patients who would like fortnightly 2 weeks in 1 pack or monthly 4 weeks in 1 pack with ease.
Instructions for Fortnightly Packs (2 weeks in 1 Pack)
Follow the below steps to set up Fortnightly Packs - 2 weeks in 1 pack
Ensure your facility’s blister type has been set to Fortnightly.
Select Patient to update profile.
Update the meal headings using only the first 2 columns. Insert a . in the last 2 columns.
Select Save & Exit to save the updated meal times.
Re-select patient to update profile ensuring the doses are only entered into the first 2 columns with the updated meal headings.
Select Save & Exit.
Follow the usual print procedure. See below how your packs will be printed.
Instructions for Monthly Packs (4 weeks in 1 Pack)
Follow the below steps to set up Monthly Packs - 4 weeks in 1 pack
Ensure your facility’s blister type has been set to Monthly.
Select Patient to update profile.
Update the meal headings using only the first columns Insert a . in the last 3 columns.
Select Save & Exit to save the updated meal times.
Re-select patient to update profile ensuring the doses are only entered into the first column with the updated meal headings.
Select Save & Exit.
Follow the usual print procedure. See below how your packs will be printed.
