There are 2 options on how you can add a new patient:
Import from Dispense
Create manually
1. Import From Dispense
This feature is not available in myPak NG Starter. To create patient profiles manually, follow the steps here.
đŸ“˜ Instructions:
Follow the below steps to import patients from your dispense system.
Select Patients.
Select Add New Patient.
Select Import From Dispense.
Enter Patient’s name in the Search field to narrow down your search.
Import new drugs is selected by default. This will add any drugs dispensed in the last selected number of days. You can change the number of days you wish to import the last dispense scripts.
Select the Patient/s you wish to import from your dispense system.
Select the Patient Group from the drop down to assign your patient to this group.
Select Import Patients.
Importing a patient from your dispense system will import all their personal details that has been entered in your dispense system and all scripts dispensed in the last selected number of days.
2. Create Manually

Follow the below steps to create patients profiles manually.
Select Patients.
Select Add New Patient.
Select Create Manually.
Enter the patient’s details in the relevant fields.
Select Save.
Your patient has now been created and can be accessed from the main patient list screen.
