This section is for you to record any allergies or No Known Allergies for your patients, and considerations required for NRMC.

Allergies

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

Follow the steps below to record an allergy for your patient:

  1. Select the patient from the Patient List.

  2. Click on the Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select Add Allergy, and enter details of the drug (or other) and reaction/type.

  4. Click Save.

No Known Allergy

  • If you have verified with your patient that they have No Known Allergy, select the 'No known allergy' tick box.

  • Once this tick box is selected, ‘Add Allergy’ button is disabled and ‘No known allergy’ will print on the patient’s packs and patient reports.

When a known allergy has been added, the allergy will be displayed on the quick access bar


Considerations

This option is required for NRMC Charts.

Follow the steps below to select considerations for NRMC for your patient:

  1. Select the patient from Patient List.

  2. Click on Allergies & Considerations tab.

  3. Select the relevant considerations to be applied to your patient’s NRMC.

  4. Click Save.
