Dispense Forecast Report
Let’s go through some of the features on this screen that will assist you when managing your patient’s VPB.
Drugs with insufficient balance required to pack selected forecasted weeks (including negative) and 0 repeats will be highlighted in red.
Drugs with insufficient balance required to pack selected forecasted weeks (including negative) and repeats remaining will be highlighted in blue.
Drugs with sufficient balance will have no highlighting in place.
Print Dispense Report
It is recommended to generate the dispense report to indicate medications required to be dispense and update pill balance prior to packing.
Select facility from the drop down menu.
If you would like to search for a single patient, type in their name and select Search. If you wish to bring up all patients in your selected facility, leave the search field blank then select Search.
If you have changed your selections, you must select Search after every time to refresh the pill balance.
Select number of weeks to be forecast from the drop-down box (1-4 weeks)
Select Print Dispense (Report will include all medications highlighted in red and blue required to be dispensed to complete packing for the number of weeks forecasted)
Select Print
