Completed Packs

Once the packs have been marked completed → Picked up or delivered, they will then move forward to Completed tab.

Use the following tools to narrow your search to select packs you wish to view.

1. Search: Enter patient’s name to search for a specific patient.

2. Date Created: Packs created in the last 14 days can be viewed by default. Change to last 30 days or all packs to extend your view.

3. Pack Start Date: Enter the start date of pack.

4. Pack Type: Select from myPak Solid/Perf or myPak Trifold.

Open

To view notes saved to pack

1. Select the pack row.

2. Comments box will display the initial note saved to this pack along with a time stamp and the username.

3. You can edit this note and select confirm.
