Comments for Medication Change

You can activate the comment box to display when a change made to patient’s medication profile. This will prompt users to select a reason and enter a comment for the medication change.

This function can be enabled for all and/or selected Roles by selecting the tick box for ‘Comments for Change of Medication Required’ under the Role.

The reason and comment provided is then recorded in Medication History, under History tab on the patient’s profile.
