CORUM CLEAR Dispense Medical Institution set-up to link to myPak Dispense Tracker

A Medical Institution must be created to link patients to in Corum Clear Dispense prior to using Dispense Tracker in myPak. The below shows you how to create a Medical Institution in Corum Clear , link patients to that Medical Institution then linking that Medical Institution to myPak for patients to be imported.

Instructions

Follow the following steps in Corum Clear Dispense Software

  1. Select Medical Institution

  2. Select Add to create a new Medical Institution

  3. Fill in the group details on the left ensuring you assign a unique code.

  4. Select OK

Code will be referenced within the patient’s details and myPak Software

Linking Patient to Medical Institution in Corum Clear Dispense

  1. Search and Select Patient

  2. Select Patient Details

  3. Select Identity tab

  4. Select the Medical Institution in the drop down

  5. Select OK

  1. Select or Create Facility

  2. Enter Medical Institution Code into Dispense Code field

 

Follow the following steps to ensure the facility has been linked correctly for patients to be imported

  1. Select Patients

  2. Select Import

  3. Select Facility (one you have just created)

  4. The code of the selected facility will appear bottom left and if (in dispense) is displayed - it has been linked correctly. If (not in dispense), check the code entered in Medical Institution code.
