Initial Shelf Setup drug locations on your Packing Bay

You are required to set up your drug locations on your packing bay before you commence packing.

 Instructions

  1. Select Drug Ranking tab to start assigning drug locations onto your packing bay.

  2. Select Initial Shelf Setup to determine the order of drugs according to your patient’s usage.

  3. A warning will appear to ensure you understand this step is irreversible especially when you already have drug locations in place. This will not apply if you are setting up your shelves for the first time.

  4. Select tick box to confirm you understand to proceed.

  5. Select the option to include or exclude paused patients.

  6. Select Generate Drug Usage Order to determine your drug location in usage order.

  7. Select Assign Location to set drug locations into position. Select Yes or No to confirm.

  8. Assign Location will no longer be highlighted green once your locations have been assigned.

  9. Select Print Shelf Labels to place on your shelf according to drug name for easy identification and access when packing.
