Corum LOTS Nursing Home set-up to link to myPak Dispense Tracker

Please note the following article has not been included in the Customer’s User Guide.

A Nursing Home must be created to link patients to in Corum LOTS prior to using Dispense Tracker in myPak. The below shows you how to create an institution in Corum LOTS, link patients to that Nursing Home then linking that Nursing Home to myPak for patients to be imported.

Instructions

Follow the following steps in Corum LOTS Software:

  1. From the start menu, select Tools > Utilities > Institution Utilities > Maintain Institutions

  2. Select New to add new facility

  3. Fill in the facility details

  4. Select OK

 

Institution ID will be referenced within the patient’s details and myPak Software

Linking Patient to Nursing Home in Corum LOTS

  1. Search and Select Patient

  2. Select Institution that has just been created from drop-down box

  3. Select Create Institution if yet to be created

  4. Select Exit

Link Corum LOTS Nursing Home Code to myPak Dispense Code

  1. Select or Create Facility

  2. Enter Nursing Home Code (See above) into Dispense Code field
