Release Notes November 2023

New Features

The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below:


Patient Management

1. Documents

 We added the option to add/delete documents/files to a patient's record in Patient Management

2. Notes

We have added the option to now add notes to be displayed in Distribution when handing a pack to your patient. Click here for further information on how to apply this new feature.

3. Allergies displayed in quick access bar

You are now able to see allergies on the quick access bar only when an allergy is added

4. Delete Pack warning

When you click Delete Pack, a warning will now require you to confirm if there are active drugs in the pack.

Pack Management

 1. Skip Drugs

We have now added the option to skip a drug during packing stage. You may use this skip button for the following reasons:

  • Profile Update

  • Incomplete Supply

  • Other

Click on Skipped button to display reasons for skip where you can delete the reason and resume packing

 

2. Incomplete Pack Notification

When the packing technician has marked a drug as skipped, an alert will appear in Checking to notify the Pharmacist and Distribution to notify the staff handing the pack out.

3. Checking alert allows Pharmacist to navigate back to Patient Profile

When a change has been made in between a pack being completed and checked, Pharmacists now have the option to navigate back to the Profile to identify the change and decide course of action.

4. Distribution Notes

Enter notes into Patient Profile to display in Distribution when the technician scans pack to hand to patient.

The note will be displayed when you scan a pack out at Distribution Phase.
The note will also be displayed when you click to view a pack in Distribution.

5. Display total number of packs selected in Printing

 


Reports

1. Old version of Patient Medication Profile has now been archived. The NEW version is now the current version.

 

2. Active Medication Usage Report Improvements
