Release Notes December 2024

New Features:

The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below.

Pack Management:

New Feature: Pharmacist can pass multiple packs in Checking

We have added a new feature in Pack Management as an option for pharmacists to select multiple packs to pass in the Checking phase. The pharmacist will be required to enter their login credentials before passing the packs.

New Completed Date Feature in Completed area

Based on feedback, you can now view when a pack was picked up or delivered with much convenience in the Completed area!

Profile Update Alert now available in all phases!

An alert will now display in all phases of Pack Management when there is a change made to a patient’s medication profile. This will prompt you to review the patient’s profile, ensuring that the packs supplied to patients are most current.

Menu Bar is now collapsible!

You can now collapse and lock the menu bar, giving you additional screen space!

Improvements to Pack History

Based on your feedback, we have added pack barcodes in Pack History, giving you the ability to track a pack history with more certainty!

Script Request report:

You can now opt for scripts with a set number of repeats or less to be automatically selected in Script Request report.

Improvements:

• The issue where ward is blank in Pack Creator has been resolved. Ward names should display accordingly in the Ward filter.

• The issue where patient name does not display in the patient filter in Dispense Tracker - Unmapped area has been resolved.

• Print options for Medico packs has been further refined and default margins have been set. You can complete test print before printing foils.

• The issue where the Qty in Virtual Pill Balance History and Current Balance do not match has been resolved. Pill quantity in both areas should be identical.

• The Pack Management Records report now uses the pack start date, instead of pack completion date.
