Release Notes January 2024
New Features
The new release brings improvements and enhancements based on feedback received from our customers. Details of some of the key changes are below.
Patient Management
1. Patient Photo URL
The URL to the patient image will now be displayed to enable you to download patient image from your browser if required.
2. Import CTG Flag for Fred Classic
This feature is currently available with Fred Classic
New Patients imported from dispense that have the CTG registered ticked in Fred Classic will be flagged as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in myPak for PPA Claiming purposes.
Reporting
1. Set your favourite settings for Virtual Pill Balance and QScript
You can now set your preferred number of weeks to forecast in the following areas:
Signing Sheets
1. Print selected drugs on signing sheet
You can select specific drugs to be displayed on your signing sheet. This can only be done when printing a signing sheet for a single patient.
Packing
1. Assigning Drug Barcodes while packing
When packing in guided fill, if you scan a barcode for a medication that has not been assigned to a medication, you’ll be able to assign it while packing.
2. Improved Pack Type Filter
We have improved the Pack Type filter to easily separate packs created to be packed on the Alpaca Packing Robot.
PPA Claim
1. Update Medicare number in PPA Claim
You can now update patient’s Medicare from PPA Claim area before exporting to Excel to be uploaded onto PPA portal. This will also update the patient’s details.
Pack Options
1. Remove Patient Name from pottle
We’ve added an additional option to remove the Patient Names printing on the pottle at the back of the pack.
This option is available for myPak Solid only.
2. Medico Packs - Reverse Start Day of the Week
Medico packs typically start from the bottom of the pack. Based on our customer’s request, we have now added the option to reverse the start day of the week to begin from the top of the pack.
Settings
1. Test Print after updating Print Margins
Once you have updated your print margins, you can do a test print to ensure your print margins are aligned correctly.
2. What’s New feature
We are continuously improving our application, adding new features based on your feedback. We’ve added the What’s New to keep you updated with the latest features being released.
Bugs:
Drug with future ceased drug will now print on pack.
Barcodes deleted from drugs can now be re-assigned.
Script Request typo “suppy” now fixed → supply.
