Once you have set the start date of your pack cycle per facility, it will be displayed in the following 3 areas:

Patient Profile
Printing and Sending Foils/Front Header Labels
Last Pack End Date and Days Overdue
Once you have set your Next Pack Cycle date - the Last Pack End Date and Days Overdue will appear in the Printing and Sending area.
Last Pack End Date: This will display the last day packed of the last printed foil/front header of each patient.
Days Overdue: This will display the total number of days between the Last Pack End Date and Next Pack Cycle Date. It will indicate when a pack has not been printed for supply over a period.
E.g. Next Pack Cycle Date is 14/02/2022, however if your Last Pack End Date is 10/02/2022 - this means your pack is overdue by 3 days.
Please note that this feature will only apply on your next packing run after the myPak software has been updated
